Do Not Track. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.

However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Pursuit AI Lab is incorporated in South Africa. Some of our service providers are located in other countries, including the United States. When we transfer personal information outside of South Africa, we do so in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and applicable data protection law. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections to ensure your data remains protected.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For users between the ages of 13 and 17, we recommend that a parent or guardian review this Privacy Policy.
